HAND Foundation Scholarships/Fellowship

The HAND Foundation seeks Persian-speaking individuals with high academic standing who are committed to pursuing a PhD in the field of economics. All scholarship recipients become HAND Fellows. Currently, one grant of up to $30,000 per academic year will awarded to cover tuition, fees, books and materials, and living expenses for a first-year PhD student studying economics.

ACCC - Chen Family Foundation Scholarship/Fellowship

With the generous support of the Chen Family Foundation, The HAND Foundation is offering a limited number of ACCC - Chen Family Foundation Scholarships, which are complementary to our HAND Foundation Scholarship for PhD students of economics. The aim of the new Scholarship is to encourage cross-cultural and cross-sector economics research, with a special interest in China, public policy and service. It is hoped that the scholarship will contribute to positive economic relations between China, United States, and Iran in the decades to come. All scholarship recipients become HAND Fellows. Currently, one grant of up to $30,000 per academic year will awarded to cover tuition, fees, books and materials, and living expenses.
